Cherry Hills Kitchens designs and supplies luxury cabinetry for homes across the greater Denver area, and we believe good design is only good if people can actually reach it. Accessibility is not a checkbox for us; it is part of the same unhurried, precise care that goes into measuring a room before it is priced.

We are committed to making our website, our showroom, and every step of working with us usable by people of all abilities, including those who rely on assistive technology or who experience visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive differences. When something falls short, we want to hear about it and put it right.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Conformance is measured against a moving target as our site grows. We describe our current status honestly and note any known gaps in the Known Limitations section below.

We build with standards-based, semantic HTML and test with real assistive technology. The features below are in place across the site.

• Keyboard navigation supportEvery interactive element - links, buttons, menus, and forms - can be reached and operated using the Tab key and standard keyboard controls, without a mouse.
• Screen reader compatibilityWe use semantic HTML, descriptive ARIA labels, and clear landmark regions so screen readers can announce structure and content accurately.
• Visible focus indicatorsEvery focusable element shows a clear, high-contrast outline when reached by keyboard, so you always know where you are on the page.
• Alt text on meaningful imagesPhotographs of cabinetry, materials, and finishes carry descriptive alternative text; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Sufficient color contrastText and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text and controls) against their backgrounds.
• Resizable text up to 200%You can zoom or enlarge text to 200% in your browser without losing content or breaking the layout.
• Captions and transcriptsVideo and audio content is provided with captions and, where appropriate, text transcripts.
• Reduced motion supportAnimations and transitions respect your operating system "reduce motion" preference and are minimized or removed when that setting is on.

Our Cherry Hills studio is where projects are drawn and finishes are chosen. We want every visitor to feel comfortable and unhurried when they arrive.

We design and test our site to work well with the tools people use every day to browse the web.

Accessibility is never finished. We treat it as part of the ongoing care of the business, measured and revisited on a regular schedule.

We would rather be honest than perfect on paper. At the time of our last review, we are aware of the following areas and are actively working on them:

• Older project galleriesA small number of archived project images may still be missing complete alternative text. We are updating these as we revisit each gallery.
• Downloadable documentsSome older PDF specification sheets are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. We can provide an accessible alternative on request while we remediate them.
• Embedded toolsA few third-party embedded tools do not fully meet our standard; see Third-Party Content below.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us. Your report helps us prioritize.

Some parts of our website rely on services provided by other companies - for example embedded widgets, payment processors, mapping, and shipping or scheduling tools. While we choose partners who share our standards where we can, we do not control the code these services produce, and their accessibility may differ from our own.
